Although bringing up and dealing with children can be very fruitful and fulfilling, there are many child matters such as child court proceedings, education, and safeguarding them that can be stressful. Child issues can bring on a cascade of feelings and emotions and, during this time, it is easy to forget to look after yourself.

Our team at I AM L.I.P devised this wellbeing section to encourage and help you to be kind to yourself during this time.
