3. It’s a fragrant gourmet oil rich in vitamins, proteins, fibre, and essential fatty acids.

4. Hazelnut oil contains these minerals – iron, copper, manganese, and magnesium.

5. The high vitamin E content of hazelnut oil makes it good for skin health, reducing premature ageing and increasing the skin’s nourishment.

6. It has a high smoking point, meaning that it can be used for cooking at high heat. The smoking point of an oil is the temperature where the oil starts to emit smoke.

7. It’s a very stable natural oil and is the base of many cosmetics. It’s also the primary ingredient of many commercial face and body oils.

8. Hazelnut oil does not leave a greasy residue on the skin.
