This Help Guide titled academic safeguarding has been written so you can help to your children with regards to issues they can face with academia. We will give you an insight into how education, studying, attending schools and exams can affect your children and how you can help them.

BOX 1 Academic & exam stress – In this write up we will highlight the causes of academic and exam stress, how you can help your child cope, preparing for exams, tips for exams, and how a school can help with exam stress.
