WHEN IS YOUR CHRONOLOGY ASKED FOR DURING A CHILD ARRANGEMENTS CASE?

During a child arrangements case you can be asked by a judge or magistrate to produce a chronology for a hearing. The chronology will detail a timeline of events of what has happened.

WHAT IS YOUR CHRONOLOGY USED FOR?

Your chronology should be a concise list with dates in chronological order of the key events and incidents in your child arrangements case. It is sometimes referred to as a background summary and should be no more than 1-2 pages long. This will help the judge at a court hearing, especially the final hearing.

WHAT OTHER NAME IS A CHRONOLOGY KNOWN AS?

Your chronology is also known as the timeline of events.
